FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Continental U.S. (48 Contiguous States) orders. Orders are expected to arrive within 14 business days – weekdays, excluding federal holidays. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be charged actual shipping costs, which we will submit for your approval. However, we do not ship to P.O. (Post Office), APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) boxes and addresses. 

FREIGHT DELIVERY

All freight deliveries (over 100 lbs) will be delivered by a professional freight company. Shipping oversized items are via a freight trucking company and are also FREE. Before shipping, we will contact the customer to verify we have a good contact number. The freight company will call to arrange a delivery schedule. 24 hours prior to delivery. Within the given schedule, an adult must be available for receiving, inspecting, and signing for the delivery.

The freight delivery company is only responsible for unloading the item from the delivery truck. They will not carry the item into the customer’s property, so we recommend having someone else to help you bring your ordered item into your property once it is unloaded from the delivery truck.

INSIDE DELIVERY

Your item will be delivered by a freight carrier and brought inside your home (ground-level only). The carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery. Please call us at 336-365-9289 to receive a quote. 

Important Note

The freight carrier cannot carry your lift chair up any stairs nor will they unpack the lift chair to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36" wide (the standard width of the box). 
If your doorway is not large enough to accommodate a box of this size, please consider White Glove Delivery.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

White-glove service generally includes unpacking, inspection, removal/disposal of packing materials, transporting your order up or down a maximum of 2 flights of stairs and setting up merchandise in the room of your choice.
