Returns

Our return policy for any of our Electric Scooters and Electric Wheelchairs is the following:

-30 days return window from the day you ordered the unit.

-The unit must be in Like New condition and not be damaged (unless it is deemed defective upon inspection).

-Once the unit has been received at the warehouse and inspected, we will deduct 20% of the total sales amount for restocking fees and any additional amount that is required to make the unit in Like New condition.  

-The actual cost of return shipping will also be deducted from the total sales amount.  

-Special packaging and labeling are required due to the Sealed Lead Acid or Lithium Batteries that are mandated by the return shipper's (Fedex, UPS, LTL) policies. 

-Different products return to different warehouses and require special packaging and labeling so please do not send the product to any address without acquiring a return authorization number from one of our representatives at Medical Health Mobility.
